The FCS II Panda Twinzer Fins were designed by Blake Peters for his Panda Shiitake and Shiitake HP twinzer models. The set has two twin fins at the back and two mini stabilizers in front.

As a general guide by surfer weight: S-M about 120–175 lb. If you're between sizes, size up for more hold or down for a looser feel.
Will these fit my board? They fit boards with FCS II fin boxes. They won't fit original FCS two-tab plugs or Futures boxes.
