How do I order a custom surfboard?
Choose a board model from our custom surfboard collection, select your options, and place your order or deposit online.
How long does a custom surfboard take?
Most custom builds take about 3–5 weeks, including shaping and glassing. Timelines vary based on artwork, materials, glassing schedule, and production volume.
Can you help with sizing?
Absolutely. We can help dial in volume, rocker, width, thickness, and dimensions based on your body, ability level, waves, and goals.
How much is the deposit?
It depends on board length: $200 for boards up to 7'0", $250 for 7'1"–8'0", and $300 for 8'1" and over. The deposit secures your spot in the shaping queue and goes toward your final custom board. Start here: Custom Surfboard Deposit.

What is the best surfboard for small waves?

Do you repair surfboards?
Yes. Repairs run under Resin & Rail Surfboard Repair, the repair side of One Revolver. We fix cracks, rail damage, pressure dents, fin box damage, delamination, and other board damage. Most small repairs take 2 to 4 business days.
How do I request a ding repair?
Send photos for a free estimate at resinandrailrepair.com. Drop-off is in Menifee, with a weekly pickup run along the coast from San Diego to Los Angeles.
How much does surfboard ding repair cost?
Pricing depends on the size, location, and severity of the damage. Clear photos help us give the most accurate estimate.
Should I keep surfing a board with an open ding?
No. If water gets into the foam, damage can get worse. Stop surfing the board and repair it as soon as possible.
