Return & Exchange Policy

At One Revolver Surfboards, we want you fired up on your gear. If something is off, we’ll do everything we can to make it right within the guidelines below.

1. Surfboard Policy

  • New Surfboards: Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unused boards (no wax, dings, or pressure marks) within 10 business days of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: A $50 restocking fee applies to all approved surfboard returns.
  • Used Surfboards: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. One Revolver Surfboards is not responsible for boards lost or damaged during return transit.

2. Third-Party / Shopify Collective Items

Some products on our site are fulfilled directly by partner brands. Because these items are not shipped from our shop, the following rules apply:

  • Partner Policies: These items are subject to the specific return window and conditions of the supplier.
  • Restocking Fees: A 10% restocking fee may apply to products fulfilled by third-party suppliers not directly controlled by One Revolver Surfboards.
  • Handling Times: Please note that return processing and refund timelines may be longer due to supplier handling procedures.
  • Final Authority: While we will advocate for you, One Revolver Surfboards does not control third-party return approvals, specific partner fees, or their shipping charges.

3. Merchandise (Apparel, Gear & Accessories)

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Our Error: If we ship the wrong or defective item, we cover the return shipping.
  • General Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. General Terms & Refunds

  • EU Rights: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom-shaped boards, or personalized gear.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for funds to appear after processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
