Return & Exchange Policy

At One Revolver Surfboards, we want you to be stoked with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the terms below.

Surfboard Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns on used surfboards. All sales are final for used boards.
  • Returns or exchanges are allowed only on NEW surfboards under the following conditions:
    • The board must never have been used — no wax, no dings, and no pressure marks.
    • Returns must be initiated within 10 business days of the original purchase date.
    • A $50 restocking fee applies to all returned surfboards.
    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and any customs fees.
    • We strongly recommend insuring the board for return shipping.
    • One Revolver Surfboards is not responsible for boards lost or damaged in transit.
  • We do not accept returns for new surfboards damaged during normal use or user error.

Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise (apparel, gear, accessories) under these conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • If we shipped a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund or replacement.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at info@onerevolversurfboards.com with:

  1. Your order number

  3. Clear photos (if applicable)

Once we confirm eligibility, we’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after processing for the refund to reflect on your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
