As a general guide by surfer weight: Medium about 145–175 lb; Large about 165–200 lb; X-Large about 185 lb and up. If you're between sizes, size up for more hold or down for a looser feel.
Will these fit my board? They fit boards with FCS II fin boxes. They won't fit original FCS two-tab plugs or Futures boxes.
