The FCS II Panda Keel Twin Fins were designed by Blake Peters of Panda Surfboards. It's a sleek, raked keel with a narrow tip and a curved trailing edge, made for a more progressive approach on keel fish with narrow or wide tails.

As a general guide by surfer weight: M-L about 145–200 lb. If you're between sizes, size up for more hold or down for a looser feel.
