How Your Custom Surfboard Gets Built

Your custom surfboard starts with a conversation. Every One Revolver board is designed around your height, weight, ability, waves, style, and goals — then shaped by Brian Wright and professionally glassed at Pure Glass in Costa Mesa.

From Idea To Finished Board

A better custom board starts with the right process.

Ordering a custom surfboard should feel clear, personal, and exciting — not confusing. The One Revolver process helps you choose the right model, dimensions, construction, fin setup, glassing schedule, and design details for the way you actually surf.

Designed Around You

Your height, weight, ability, board history, stance, local waves, and performance goals help guide the final board design.

Shaped With Purpose

Each board is shaped with attention to outline, rocker, rails, bottom contour, tail shape, volume, and paddle power.

Built To Perform

From daily drivers to fish, grovelers, mid-lengths, longboards, and step-ups, every build is made to fit real surfing.

Custom Board Details

Every design choice affects how the board feels.

The right custom board is more than just length, width, and thickness. Rocker affects speed and fit in the pocket. Rails affect hold and release. Tail shape changes turning feel. Fin setup changes drive, looseness, and control.

That is why the process matters. The goal is to build a board that feels natural, paddles well, catches waves easier, and helps you progress.

Not sure what volume range makes sense for your next board? Check out our Surfboard Volume Calculator Guide to better understand how liters, body weight, ability level, and wave type affect custom surfboard performance.
